Delivery and return of goods

1. Preparation of Goods

1.1. Goods are started to be sewn only after receiving payment for the goods. Order preparation takes from 5 to 10 days.

2. Delivery of Goods

2.1. Goods in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania are delivered within 1-3 working days.
2.2. You can choose the delivery method during the payment process. Goods are sent by several different methods:

  • LP EXPRESS parcel lockers
  • DPD parcel lockers
  • Omniva parcel lockers
  • Lithuanian Post

3. Return and Exchange of Goods

3.1. Goods purchased in the online store can only be returned if the received product is of poor quality or damaged because each product is made to order. IMPORTANT: Goods cannot be returned due to the wrong size, so we recommend contacting the seller by email at or by phone at +37062132213 before ordering the products and sending the necessary measurements if necessary.
3.2. Before returning or wanting to exchange the product, the buyer must inform the seller by email at or by phone at +37062132213 and specify the reason for the return/exchange.
3.3. Goods purchased in the online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods if the order was placed in Lithuania, or within 30 calendar days if ordered in other countries. The product must be unused, with labeling tags, and in the original packaging.
3.4. The seller has the right not to accept the exchanged or returned product if it is presented used, without labels, or if the exchange/return period has expired.
3.5. The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared, and packaged.
3.6. The buyer pays the shipping/delivery costs for exchanged or returned goods.
3.7. Money for the goods will be refunded within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods. The refund amount for an unsuitable product is the purchase price of the product without the delivery fee. The delivery fee is not refundable to the customer.
3.8. If the buyer paid for the product with a gift voucher, the returned voucher and any additional amount paid (if paid) will be refunded. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.
3.9. For a product purchased with a discount, the amount paid with the valid discount is refunded.
3.10. The safe return of the product must be ensured by the buyer (the seller is not responsible for shipments that were sent incorrectly or lost without reaching the address).
