Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
These purchase and sale rules are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the online store www.fieldsoflinen.com.
2. About Us
2.1. www.fieldsoflinen.com – an online store for linen clothing and other textile products, operated by MB “Linai laukuos” (the Seller). We have been registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania since February 14, 2022. Company code: 306011608, legal and correspondence address: V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius.
3. Formation of Purchase Contract
3.1. To make a purchase, you must first register in the customer system. We guarantee that the Buyer’s personal data will be stored in accordance with all applicable laws in Lithuania.
3.2. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having selected the desired product(s) and created a shopping cart, clicks on the “Pay” link. The order and payment of goods are confirmed by a VAT invoice sent to the specified email or together with the delivery of the product.
3.3. A legally binding purchase contract requires the Seller to send an email to the Buyer confirming that the order has been accepted.
3.4. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is recorded and stored in our online store’s contract database.
4. Rights of the Parties
4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store according to these rules and the procedures established by the online store.
4.2. The Seller may suspend the Buyer’s ability to use the online store’s services without prior notice if the Buyer attempts to disrupt the operation or stability of the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
5. Responsibilities of the Parties
5.1. The Buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay for them.
5.2. If, without significant reason, the Buyer refuses to accept the goods during delivery, the Buyer must cover the cost of delivering the goods.
5.3. If the Buyer, after placing an order, decides to cancel it, the Buyer must inform the Seller by email at info@fieldsoflinen.com or by phone at +37062132213 within one working day.
5.4. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to these purchase and sale rules and is obliged to follow them.
5.5. The Seller will deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer within the agreed delivery time.
5.6. If the Seller cannot deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, the Seller will refund the money paid by the Buyer within 5 working days.
6. Price of Goods
6.1. The valid price is the one indicated next to the product in the online www.fieldsoflinen.com store, except for cases of electronic system errors.
6.2. The price of the product includes the value-added tax (VAT) applicable in the Republic of Lithuania, but does not include the cost of product delivery, which is additionally indicated when placing an order.
6.3. We reserve the right to change the prices of goods; however, these changes will not affect the price of goods for which an order has already been accepted.
7. Export Duties
7.1. If you order goods from the www.fieldsoflinen.com online store for delivery outside the Republic of Lithuania, please note that they may be subject to taxation according to the laws and procedures of the recipient’s country. You (the Buyer) will be responsible for all duties and taxes that arise until the goods reach the recipient. Before ordering a product, be sure to contact your local customs authorities and clarify any relevant issues.
8. Quality of Goods
8.1. We guarantee that the composition of the items presented on the www.fieldsoflinen.com website matches the descriptions.
8.2. Claims regarding the quality of goods can be made according to the law within 14 working days; later claims will not be accepted.
8.3. The Seller is not responsible for changes that occur due to improper use of the product or natural wear and tear.
9. Packaging of Goods
9.1. The packaging of goods is included in the price of the product.
9.2. We strive to package the product in a way that ensures it reaches the buyer safely.
10. Payment Method
You can pay for the goods:
10.1. With international “Visa” and “MasterCard” cards.
10.2. Through the “Montonio” online banking system using one of the payment methods provided below:

11. Preparation of Goods
11.1. Products are only started to be made after receiving payment for them. The preparation of an order takes from 5 to 10 days.
12. Delivery of Goods
12.1. Goods are delivered within 1-3 working days on the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.2. The method of delivery can be chosen during the payment process. Products are shipped using various methods:
- LP EXPRESS parcel terminals
- DPD parcel terminals
- Omniva parcel terminals
- Lietuvos paštas (Lithuanian Post)
12.3. If you want the products to be delivered by a courier of your choice, please contact us by email at info@fieldsoflinen.com.
13. Return and Exchange of Goods
13.1. Before returning or wanting to exchange a product, the Buyer must inform the Seller by email at info@fieldsoflinen.com or by phone at +37062132213 and specify the reason for the return/exchange.
13.2. Products purchased from the www.fieldsoflinen.com online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date, if the order was executed in Lithuania, or within 30 calendar days if ordered in other countries. The product must be unused, with branding labels, in its original packaging, undamaged, and not having lost its commercial appearance.
13.3. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept a returned or exchanged product if it is presented used, without labels, damaged, after the deadline for return/exchange has passed, or if it has been altered according to an individual order (e.g., changed color, length, or width).
13.4. The product must be returned in the same packaging it was delivered in. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared, and packaged.
13.5. The Buyer is responsible for the costs of returning/exchanging the goods, except in cases when the product is returned due to quality issues.
13.6. Money for the products will be refunded within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods. The refunded amount for an unsuitable product is the purchase price of the product, excluding the delivery fee. The delivery fee is not refunded to the customer.
13.7. When returning a product of inadequate quality, the Seller undertakes to take back the inadequate product
14. Liability
14.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the order form. If the Buyer did not provide accurate information in the order form, the Seller is not responsible for any resulting consequences. The Buyer is personally responsible for any actions taken using the services of the online store.
14.2. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on websites of other companies, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through links in the Seller’s online store.
14.3. The visual material presented in the online store is for illustrative purposes and may differ in appearance or packaging.

16. Final Provisions
16.1. These rules come into force upon their approval and remain in effect until the parties fulfill all their obligations related to them.
16.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. In cases of failure to reach an agreement, disputes may be referred to the court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
